The room was modern and well-equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher. the beds were incredibly comfortable. the location was great, with easy access to tram lines, trains, and a railway station.

Amazing location hard to reach by car due to road construction, easy to get anywhere. Also - so close to the train station, S-Bahn, super markets and restaurants and Berlin city center.

overall had very enjoyable stay for a business trip. had big size and compact room with a kitchenette, which i greatly enjoyed. the location was excellent and stunning, near the metro station. besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from biesdorfer baggersee.

The location of Smartments Business Berlin Karlshorst is excellent, very close to the S-Bahn, grocery store, drugstore, restaurants, train station. It was a nice place for our business trip, and we would return anytime.

Secondly, the room was very spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchenette- perfect for cooking meals. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was also perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and a supermarket nearby. It was so convenient to buy groceries and cook our own meals in the room. The room had no AC and we had to keep the windows open to relieve the heat. This made the noise from the street unbearable, especially during the night which made it difficult to sleep.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be extremely convenient. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it was very easy to reach by public transportation as it was very close to the S-Bahn station. The hotel facilities were impressive, and my room was sparkling clean, thanks to the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that I could buy food from the market below and cook my meals in the room. The breakfast at the little cafe attached to the lobby was very convenient for a quick bite before heading out.
